Air of America-Duct Cleaning

Mike and William were great! They explained the whole process of the air duct cleaning and sanitizing. They worked well together and answered all my questions. Mike showed me before and after pictures of the filters and ducts. They cleaned up after each area and they are very restful of my belongings. They also did a dryer vent repair, and solve my dryer's problem!! I highly recommend this company and especially Mike and William! Eve was scheduled the appointment, she's very efficient and explained the process and costs thoroughly. She gave me all kinds of options and was very knowledgeable. There's a fresh clean, new smell and energy in our home! I'm really happy with their service and will use them again for sure!!! Great guys! Amazing deals! Very professional people!!

I don't write reviews often, but our experience with Air of America was so positive that I felt compelled to post. I contacted them through their website and immediately received a response. Scheduling the appointment was very easy. The coordinator I spoke with was friendly and well-informed. She addressed my questions and scheduled our appointment for the same week. The day of the duct cleaning, Javier texted prior to arrival and showed up on time. He and his team were professional and courteous, and they took great care when removing the air vents -- especially those that were stuck to the ceiling with silicone. They did not crack or damage the drywall, which was important to us. We have two furnaces, so the entire process took a full day. Javier shared the before and after pictures of our ducts, and the results were impressive. It's been a few weeks since our appointment, and the air in the house still smells fresh and clean. We highly recommend Air of America to anyone looking for a duct cleaning service.
