I used JMR Home Services for several projects in my home, and they always exceeded my expectations. They have competitive prices and quality teams that work relentlessly to wow their customers. I had my deck secured, tile floors installed, and 32 stairs replaced from carpet to hardwood. The foreman and project manager checked in daily and they provided exceptional service. What's more, they went above and beyond with the color match for my wood floors (my floors are a decade old and they don't make that color any longer). Julian and his team were amazing from the initial estimate through the completion of my fully updated kitchen and master bathroom (~6.5 weeks). The team worked long hours (most days were 8:30 am - 6:30 pm) and were diligent in doing whatever it took to get the job done on time (often working on Saturdays) while maintaining high-quality work. - The cost and time estimates were reasonable and stayed on track throughout the project. - They were flexible as adjustments had to be made over the course of the project and were quick thinking to catch items before anything became an issue. - Julian was very generous and went above and beyond the entire project. He also helped talk me through some of the more stressful moments of the renovation to recommend the best solution - and I'm so happy with some of those late decisions. - The team cleaned up after themselves daily and made my living in the house through the renovation the best it could be.
