Introduction
We are so committed to delivering excellence, and we have such confidence in our recommended companies’ ability to deliver that excellence, that we will safeguard your investment with our exclusive $25,000 Make It Right Guarantee™.Common Questions
Here are answers to some common questions we receive about the $25,000 Make It Right Guarantee™
When you hire a TrustDALE Certified Company for your business using the contact details on their TrustDALE.com page or a TrustDALE Certified Commercial Services Guide, your purchase is automatically registered, qualifying you for our $25,000 Make It Right Guarantee™.
If you hire a TrustDALE Certified Company in a way not mentioned above, you can still qualify for our exclusive guarantee. To do so, simply complete the form below within 48 hours of making your initial payment, signing an agreement, or a finance agreement, whichever occurs first. Please note that only purchases with current TrustDALE Certified Companies are eligible. When you register your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email that your registration has been received. You must sign the agreement within 60 days of contacting the company through TrustDALE. After 60 days you must contact TrustDALE to make sure the $25,000 Make It Right Guarantee™ still applies.
If you find you did not receive the goods and/or services identified in your contract and/or written agreement and you contact TrustDALE within 365 days of purchase, TrustDALE will investigate, mediate and if necessary, arbitrate a resolution based on the findings of our review.
The TrustDALE $25,000 Make It Right Guarantee™ states that if the customer is dissatisfied with a product, repair or customer service, the customer will first employ the avenues of redress made available by the business’ customer service agreement. If at the conclusion of the above process the customer remains dissatisfied, he/she will have the right to take the grievance to TrustDALE within 365 days of the original date of purchase as reflected in the written agreement.
The company will allow TrustDALE and if necessary, an independent expert in the field to review the customers’ complaint. If upon conclusion of review, TrustDALE agrees that the customer’s position has merit, the company is contractually obligated to abide by the recommendation of TrustDALE to Make It Right.
Make It Right means the vendor will repair/replace the goods and/or services as recommended by TrustDALE. If necessary, TrustDALE may pay a third-party of TrustDALE’s choosing to repair or replace the product or will reimburse the customer or the company completing the repairs for the cost of the repair/product at a price up to $25,000, but not to exceed, the original price paid by the customer.
Once a resolution has been offered by TrustDALE, the consumer has 15 days from the date of the offer to accept or reject the resolution. If the consumer rejects the resolution TrustDALE will no longer mediate on behalf of the consumer.
If you did not secure your services through TrustDALE or registered your purchase within 48 hours our agreement with the company does not allow us to dictate the outcome of your situation, however we will still try to resolve your issue to the best of our ability.
All TrustDALE Certified businesses providing general consumer services must agree in writing to accept and abide by the Make It Right process.

Our guarantee’s objective is for consumers to receive the service they purchased from our partners by ensuring the terms in the agreement are fulfilled and that it meets industry standards. Warranty issues must be handled directly with the company the consumer hired. TrustDALE can only assist in a warranty matter if an impasse is reached with the TrustDALE certified company within the first 365 days of signing the contract for a purchase that qualifies for our guarantee. If the purchase does not qualify for our guarantee or is outside of the 365 days of signing the contract, we can attempt to assist, but the actions we can take in the matter are limited as the company is not contractually obligated to abide by our recommendations. If a company is no longer in business, in many cases, their warranty may be voided. If the company is a franchise, you can contact the corporate office to see if they can assist in implementing the warranty. All manufacturers’ warranties must be discussed with the manufacturer as they are the responsible parties for fulfilling these warranties.
