This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia. By using the Website, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

TrustDALE reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and TrustDALE regarding the Website and supersedes prior agreements.
