How do Certified Partners get on TrustDALE.com?
We meet with all potential partners in person to discuss their business in order to determine if we are a good fit for each other.
If we deem that the case then the potential partner completes and application and a customer service questionnaire.
TrustDALE then completes a 7 Point Review Process investigation of that business.
If the potential partner passes through our process then they are offered an opportunity to become a TrustDALE Certified Partner.
Is TrustDALE free?
TrustDALE is a free service to consumers. We connect consumers to good quality companies at no charge. And we do not ask for your personal information in order for you to be able to use our referral services. We also investigate dishonest companies who have harmed consumers at no cost to the consumer submitting the problem.
How does TrustDALE make money?
Companies pay for advertising services through TrustDALE.com.
What if a company I used is no longer on TrustDALE.com?
There are times when we part ways with companies. If you used TrustDALE to find a company and then hired them for services we are here for you. If you have an issue with a company that is no longer on TrustDALE, please let us know.
What if I have a problem with a TrustDALE Certified company?
If you contracted your services with a company through TrustDALE.com or registered your purchase in accordance with our guidelines then you have the backing of our $10,000 Make It Right Guarantee™. Click here for details.
Will TrustDALE help me if I have been ripped off by a person or company?
TrustDALE receives numerous complaints every day from consumers who need help. We read every submission that comes through our website. Click here to submit your problem. Unfortunately, we cannot help everyone who reaches out to us.
Why would a company no longer be on TrustDALE.com?
There are times when we must part ways with a company if they do not maintain our level of standards. There are also times when a company may decide they are no longer a fit for TrustDALE. Both occur very rarely. We have a very high renewal rate with our partners and are proud of the companies we represent.
What makes TrustDALE different from other online referral services?
TrustDALE let’s you be in control by deciding the companies you want to contact. Other services take all your personal information and then sell that information to multiple companies who then begin calling you. TrustDALE really investigates our partners to make sure that you do not get scammed. And if you have an issue we have real people right here in Atlanta to help you when needed.
Other referral services allow companies to be a part of their service by simply writing a check. TrustDALE actually turns down companies that do not meet our standards. We choose companies that we know you will be able to rely on for good quality services.

How can I become a TrustDALE Certified Company?
We only take a limited number of companies in each category. Complete this form and we will let you know if there is an opening available. If there is an opening then we will schedule a time to meet with you to begin our process.
How can I ensure my purchase is registered with TrustDALE?
Simply contact the TrustDALE Certified company via the phone number or email found on their TrustDALE.com page or Certified Services Guide. When you do that your purchase is automatically registered with TrustDALE. If you made a purchase without going through TrustDALE.com you will need to register your purchase on the TrustDALE.com website within 48 hours of your initial payment or register your purchase within 48 hours of signing a copy of your finance agreement. When you register your purchase you will receive a confirmation email that your registration has been received.
