For This Business, "Getting Good Help" Means Putting Customers at Risk
Dale tracked down this RV repair shop owner and put him ON BLAST for putting his sticky-fingered employees back to work.
Instead of repairing her RV, one owner claims these men ripped her off. “When the gentleman went into the bathroom, he apparently took my grandmother’s diamonds that she gave me,” shares RV owner Pamela Burton. “I had them for over 20 years!”
Police arrested the two RV repairmen and charged them with burglary. Yet their boss at the repair shop put them right back to work after they were released from jail!
That’s when Dale put their boss on blast.
“I’d like to find out why you would keep these guys on your payroll and let them go out and possibly steal from other people,” Dale asked.
The owner of Mountain RV responded by saying, “until they are proven guilty, I don’t want to do anything.”
Not even suspend them until the legal action plays out???
“No,” continued the owner. “But I wrote them up.” Wow. He went on to tell Dale that “good help is hard to find.” As if that’s an excuse to allow thieves to continue harming customers!
We asked if he at least feels an obligation to tell his clients that these employees have been arrested for burglary. Are you surprised that, once again, the answer was “no”?
This case began in April of 2019, and the case STILL hasn’t gone to trial. The defendants maintain their innocence. We’ll keep you posted on how it all plays out!
