Today's seven-point lesson is on validating and enacting a warranty.

Fast - Do they want your money NOW? Upfront payment often makes enforcing warranties difficult.

Funds - Is the investment required relevant to the promised payoff? Too good to be true terms are often balanced in mice type you don't read.

Found - A person who intends to rip you off will make certain he can't be found after he gets your money. You can't enforce a warranty if you can't find the responsible party.

Define - Your deal by comparing product, Offer and Price. Also compare warranties!

Ensure - Your deal with an Ethical negotiation, an Equitable contract, and an Effective Guarantee. This is where you test the value of your warranty. If you don't understand it, find someone who does before you commit.
