Three For Thursday 03.09.2023
Welcome to TrustDALE's Three For Thursday with Consumer Investigator Dale Cardwell.
I'm about to share some bad news... Our justice system is in big trouble, and it's being exposed through a perfect storm. First, (and I'm not disparaging the important work lawyers do), but our system is created by, and governed by one profession: attorneys, with no third-party oversight. This is why you're expected to be in court at 9am and sit there all day until your case is called. Two, offenders have taken all the available space in our jails and prisons. Property offenders know this and won't plead to anything but probation. Third? Covid has created such a backlog that many alleged offenders won't see a courtroom for years to come and remain on the streets to re-offend. How do you protect you and your family? Be a savvy consumer before you buy. My team and I do our best to help you do that through our transparent research at TrustDALE.com. Better yet, you're protected by my $10,000 Make It Right Guarantee. That's real peace of mind in troubled times.

Todays Lesson on how to be a Savvy Consumer!
Today's seven-point lesson is on validating and enacting a warranty.
Fast - Do they want your money NOW? Upfront payment often makes enforcing warranties difficult.
Funds - Is the investment required relevant to the promised payoff? Too good to be true terms are often balanced in mice type you don't read.
Found - A person who intends to rip you off will make certain he can't be found after he gets your money. You can't enforce a warranty if you can't find the responsible party.
Define - Your deal by comparing product, Offer and Price. Also compare warranties!
Ensure - Your deal with an Ethical negotiation, an Equitable contract, and an Effective Guarantee. This is where you test the value of your warranty. If you don't understand it, find someone who does before you commit.
Authenticate - Your deal by requesting References, checking reviews, and examining government and watchdog reports. Unsupported warranties are often exposed in reviews and watchdog reports.
Legitimize - your deal by determining if the company has a business license, liability insurance and is Lawsuit and background checked. This indicates they're playing fair, but doesn't replace the previous six steps to secure confidence.
