Three for Thursday 05.25.2023
Welcome to TrustDALE's Three For Thursday with Consumer Investigator Dale Cardwell.
I've learned the formula for a company's success usually requires a mix of creators, conductors, and completers. Creators have their heads in the clouds, but also bring outside the box ideas to the marketplace. Conductors take those ideas and identify the variables that put those ideas into action. Completers are people who understand the task they are assigned and see it to fruition. Forgive me for a moment of pride, but our TrustDALE team does a great job of mixing the three roles. Sometimes our conductors and completers are creators, and our creators are completers. The cool part is when each slide into the role needed with little or no prodding. You appreciate this, especially I you can identify times when your company as asynchronous. TrustDALE exists to connect value-seeking consumers with value-driven companies. We also hold companies accountable when we can prove they acted intentionally to harm consumers. Thank you for your trust. And if you have a chance, tell your friends and neighbors about TrustDALE.

Todays Lesson on how to be a Savvy Consumer!
Today's seven-point lesson is on finding a value-driven company.Fast- Do they want your money NOW? Companies that want full payment in advance often don't have confidence in the durability or deliverability of their products.Funds -Is the investment required relevant to the promised payoff? Value-driven companies don't need gimmicks to win or sustain customers.Found - A person who intends to rip you off will make certain he can't be found after he gets your money. Value-driven companies provide findable addresses and answer their phone calls.Define -Your deal bycomparing product, Offer and Price. When you see a price that falls in the middle of three estimates, it's reasonable to conclude you've found a value-driven company.Ensure - Your deal with an Ethical negotiation, an Equitable contract, and an Effective Guarantee. Value-driven companies don't rush you, trick you or insert poison-pill exclusions in their agreements.Authenticate - Your deal by requesting References, checking reviews, and examining government and watchdog reports. Value-driven companies often have 4.4 and higher stars on review sites.Legitimize - your deal by determining if the company has a business license, liability insurance and is Lawsuit and background checked. These are fundamental business requirements, but don't assure us the company is value driven.
