Customer testimonials

  • Arrived on time for the appointment. He took pitures of the issues on the roof so that I could better understand what was wrong. He explained everything about what he was going to do to repair the issues. The price was well within reason for the work he did.

    Shawn M.

  • From my initial inquiry to the final inspection of the completed work, I received excellent service. My sales rep, Mike Mastowski, was great at understanding my needs and thorough in his presentation of the right products for my project. Dewayne kept me informed on the production schedule and Shawn was there each day during installation. The installation team lead, Daniel, was outstanding, always paying close attention to the details. Felicia and Tonya were responsive to any questions that I had. I don’t normally write reviews, but I am very happy with my experience with Ben Hill Renovations...I’m a raving fan!

    Claudia G.

  • Everyone I spoke with from the receptionists (Madison), to the inspectors (Tonya and David) were very courteous and professional. The renovations (new roof and gutters) make my home look beautiful.

    Mittie C.

  • We Call Ben Hill Roofing recently to patch a roof at my Son's house. I knew they were the best because I used them twice in the past to replace the roof on my Mom's house and my Father-In-Law's place. Very professional in every way.

    Richard B.

  • I had a challenging job--to re-roof a house built in 4 phases over 75 years. Ben Hill Renovations did an excellent job. Dwayne, Robert, and Tonya were all very good to work with. I am an architect and plan to work with them again.

    Antonin A.

  • Had them replace my roof. Robert Hamrick came out for the initial inspection and he was very knowledgeable and printed the quote for me on-site within 15 - 20 minutes. It was in line with verbal I got from another company who never sent me a written quote. He kept me up to date on status, timing, etc. Dwayne Sidwa was the supervisor of the project and he, too, kept me informed on timing. Everything was done on time when promised. I also like the fact that they have a customer "portal" that you log in and can view progress via photos. Everyone I communicated with were very pleasant. I plan to contact them again in the spring when I get gutters for my house.

  • The roofing team stayed at work the entire time the project was taking place. They showed great attention to detail and were happy to address any concerns or questions about the project. I would highly recommend Ben Hill Renovations Inc.

    John H.

  • Ben Hill Renovations got me scheduled quickly and was onsite first thing in the morning to start tear off. The new roof looks great and I watched them install the entire roof. Great work and a reasonable price.

    Matt H.

  • Who knew you could hear "wow, your roof is beautiful"?? What a difference. Brooke and the team at Ben Hill were fantastic to work with! Very helpful in shingle selection - so nice to see a photo of your house and be able to put different shingles/colors on it. The installation and clean up went as easy as possible. I highly recommend Ben Hill Renovations!!
