Customer testimonials

  • This is our third home improvement project that we have used TrustDALE. Luckily we haven’t needed to use the guarantee as things went as planned.

    David P.

  • They did my bathroom a couple years ago and I have been very pleased! It's time for us to completely redo our kitchen and Detail Design will be doing the work again. I've already seen the 3D and I can't wait to see the finished product!! Great people to work with.

    Meredith C.

  • Reliable, family owned, faith based and excellency in the work I hired them to do. I was very impressed.

    Heather D.

  • Detail Cabinet Refacing exceeded my expectations during a recent condo remodel. They handled everything from helping design the project - to assisting with the material selection - to the professional installation. Robert Warren heads the organization. He and his crew were timely, professional, CLEAN and worked with respect inside my home. They not only totally modernized my kitchen with the cabinet refacing, but also installed new granite counter tops, remodeled 2 bathrooms and gave me a new tile flooring throughout the unit that looks like hardwood - LOVE IT! Detail Cabinet & Refacing made the experience as painless as possible. My property manager also complimented their professionalism and commented on their mindfulness towards my neighbors and how they worked well within the Condo Association rules and regulations. I have recommended their service to others and would absolutely use them on any future remodeling projects.

  • Engaged Detail Cabinet Refacing for extensive project involving kitchen, 5 bathrooms and basement bar. Great experience beginning to end -- consultation process was superior to any other company we considered: sound, clear advice and all the issues considered upfront. Materials are first class and work was performed to a spectacular level: we are delighted with the end results. Interacting with DCR's professionals was a very pleasant experience. We will not hesitate to engage them for any future work. Wholeheartedly recommended.

    Webb N.

  • Robert, Alex, and their crew of Chance, Mick & Jay did a wonderful job with our kitchen re-model...they are polite, prompt and do their utmost to please their customers

    Steve P.

  • Everyone is very respectful and courteous! It is evident that Robert has been in the business for a long time and that secured my confidence in this company! Alex is very understanding and a pleasure to work with schedule wise! The team is very clean and professional! I appreciate everyone’s hard work!

    Michelle C.

  • I really loved working with Detail Design. Robert’s design was perfect for our space. The two main contractors that did our work were Chance and Johnny. They were both polite and very good at their attention to detail. They really listened when I had concerns or wanted to make changes. I would definitely work with them again.

    Crystal H.
