I contacted Total Roof directly. Total Roof did an estimate for us in 2014 and aided us in getting a damage claim even though we did not use them. Our most recent contact was after a large elm tree came down on our house. Quick to give an estimate and time frame for repair. They adjusted their schedule based on predicted rain. They showed up on time and with the material needed to repair the roof. Excellent repair job completed in less than four hours. Great cleanup effort. Easy to work with and took great pains to be sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend them because of their quick response, workmanship, and their attention to details.

I found TRS thru TrustDale, they are TrustDale certified , I called them up and within 1 or 2 days I met Ray and he put me at ease bc the previous 2 roofers I was dealing with gave me nothing but the run around, TRS is a company where you can still communicate with the owners, which I liked, and a company big enough to go ahead and do the job and submit a certificate of Completion to your insurance company, they are honest and professional, I accidentally overpaid and they called me up let me know and sent me a check for the overpaid amount,I would totally use TRS again
