Archer has done work for me in the past when I had a leak but they recently came to check for moisture based only on my suspicion there might be an issue. Here we are few days before Christmas and unfortunately have had extreme water damage that affected 80 percent of our home. I don't know how we would of made it through this horrible tragedy without Archer! Customer service was on point from the night Pat and Zach showed up .. walked us through the process and very knowledgeable. The next few days consisted of Dillon, Zach and Brandon. I highly recommend the team at Archer - Josh, Kevin, Pat and the whole crew were fantastic! They were in/out of our home on a daily basis for over a week to remediate significant water damage from a kitchen leak. Every interaction we had with them was positive, they showed up on time EVERYTIME and were so respectful of our home in the process of doing what they needed to do. It was an emotionally stressful time, and they were patient with us in helping us understand the process, ask our questions and provide helpful insight and information to us. They left our home as clean and safe as it could be after the demo. I called Archer based on the Trust Dale reviews. They list Grayson as a service area and I confirmed when I called for service. I has some minor water damage from an overflowed upstairs sink. They provided same day service and worked easily with my insurance. The technicians were all great who came out. They were very knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly. They did a great job in getting everything dried out. Based on the service provided, I highly recommend them.
