We have had excellent experiences with this company. It can be challenging to find a reliable and trustworthy handyman. I like that these are W-2 employees, not contractors. I feel safe with them in my home.

Jae showed up on time and ready to work. After a quick talk through the project (mounting a storage rack to the ceiling of my garage), we signed some paperwork and he got started. He had everything he needed (screwdriver/drill, ladder, stud finder, anchors, etc.) and I checked in a few times throughout the estimated two hours. The last step (lifting up the base and mounting it) required another pair of hands and he called one of his fellow Ace handymen to come to the house (free of charge) and they wrapped up the work. While signing the paperwork saying I’d had an opportunity to inspect the work I noticed he missed the joist on one try so there was an extra hole in the drywall; when I pointed this out they got back up on the ladder and caulked it. Overall it was a good experience and we got this project done that I had been putting off for more than a year. If the project is just outside your reach to DIY, I’d recommend this service.

I had requested service from ace handyman due to the fact that I wanted a company with actual employees that are vetted, skilled and insured. Jamie arrived on time and had everything necessary to get two severely water damaged cabinet bottoms removed and replaced perfectly in a townhome we purchased. Also installed a rolling garbage can rack in the one cabinet. This is work that I would have never been able to handle. And Dawn who I had scheduled with was so kind and professional as well. I will have Jamie back to finish the honey do list. Well worth the money spent.
