First of all good customer service is very Hard to find these days. Bertolli Flooring customer service was Impeccable! The crew was very nice, they were always sweeping. Bertolli Floors did an excellent job repairing several areas of my hardwood floors. They beautifully restored the floor in front of my huge dining room window that had been faded and worn by sunlight and dogs! I cannot believe how great they now look again without any sanding! They also restored a small area of floor (by a door to the deck) damaged by water. They replaced two boards, sanded without messy dust, and applied the wood color coating such that the newly restored area blends perfectly with the rest of the floor! I just love my floors so much now!!! Thank you Bertolli Floors for an outstanding job of restoration/repair at a very fair price!!! Bertolli Floors is the best!

Bruno is very polite and professional. He offers evening and weekend appointments. I had some issues with my hardwood floors after some renovation work. He was very honest and gave me a couple of options and even offered to take care of a couple of scratches, since he was already here. Out of the 3 people who looked at the floor, Bruno was the only one who didn’t rush me and answered all my questions including cleaning them properly and he does not pressure you either.
