Stone Yancey did a professional inspection, he answered all the questions that I had to fix the leak in our roof, also noticed another possible area where a leak might happen and the quote was less than either of the others than I had. His team finished in a couple of hours and I would recommend Stone to work on any roof issues you have.

I recently noticed two separate leaks in my home. I reached out to several roofing companies to get a quote for repair/replacement. Colony roofers did the most thorough inspection (inside-attic and outside) and confirmed that I was due for a new roof. The representative was able to explain the current state of my roof and help me understand next steps. The crew arrived bright and early and was finished before 5. I purposely waited close to two months before posting this review to confirm all leaks have been addressed. I can now confirm the new roof is working and I no longer hear or see any leaks.
