I bought a whole house Generac generator for my new home. Anderson Power installed it, did the start up, and they maintain it with two visits per year. My technician, Wes, did my start up and maintains my generator. He is very knowledgeable and competent. He shows up with a smile on his face, puts up with my 5 dogs always getting in his way, answers all my questions, and teaches me about the generator. He has let me know that he is "my guy" and has given me his cell phone number to call at anytime of the day on any day if I am having issues. Being a senior woman who lives alone, that gives me such peace of mind and is so appreciated. Wes added a surge protector on his last visit. I was able to speak to Kristen on the phone to make a credit card payment. The whole process was seamless and so easy. I am totally satisfied with Anderson Power and so thankful to have Wes and Kristen on my team!

I have been a customer of Anderson Power Services for five or six years now. And without fail, the service has been superb. The few times I have had an issue, someone comes out right away and appraises me of the situation. This time Tyler from the Brunswick office came out and diagnosed that I have a problem with my generator engine itself. He will order a new one and keep me appraised concerning when it will arrive and be installed. In warranty...no cost to me. Once again, superb individual who obviously cares about providing a high level of service. I really liked Tyler and could not be more pleased with Anderson Power Services.
