Jason from Superior Plumbing worked at out house today and he was great. On time and didn’t stop until everything was just right. You won’t go wrong using Superior, in my opinion.

“Joel A. came to my home in the time I was given by the very helpful telephone receptionist. He called to let me know when he was in route to my home. Joel was here for the better part of the day and he didn’t break for lunch until the job was done, except for cleanup. He found my problem quickly and he worked hard in a small, tight area until it was completed. He kept me abreast of the costs throughout. He was very courteous and friendly. “We were informed by our water company of a water leak. We identified the location on the main line outside our house on a Thursday afternoon. Called Superior Plumbing and they had someone at our house within 1 hour. We worked on the problem past sunset and in the rain until we had no choice but to turn off the water and replace the entire line. It was not going to be until Monday before a crew could begin work. That would mean we would be without water for 4 days. However, the next night Superior called and said they had a change and we be out first thing Saturday morning. At 7:00 sharp they arrived and worked until 4:45 putting in a new water line from our house and then connected to the main line in the street. They did an excellent job, worked hard and communicated well”

“We noticed a lot of water outside and called Superior. Mitchell came out yesterday and determined we had a leak in the service line from the meter to the house. He gave us the contact information for the leak detectors. The leak detectors found the exact location of the leak, and we called Superior back. Mitchell came back the same day to fix the leak. He had to dig a four foot hole where the line fed into the house and amend the connection. This was a big job that he took care of quickly and professionally. He worked to ensure that everything was right and the meter was showing no leaks before closing up the hole. He is smart and personable and knows what he is doing. Mitchell is welcome in our home any time.”

We had a toilet not flushing at our church. We called Superior. They sent out a plumber in 30-minutes. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done along with a quote. The price was reasonable. He had the parts and completed the repairs before he left.
