Joe was great. Very personable and kind. Unfortunately ice makers are complicated. He was very patient and tried to diagnose it but it was Misbehaving because of the electrical board. He made me feel better about the product and said we could try getting a circuit board and then can come back for installation. Ace Handyman had a policy that protected me financially despite the time and attention they gave me, so it didn’t cost me a lot. I really appreciate both Joe and Rudy who called me twice to talk me through this process.
