The problem was a leak in my downstairs window. The service tech Richard came and was very nice and personable. He asked a lot of questions about the problem and then took care of it. He also called the next day when it rained to see if there was still a leak. I was very impressed. Also informed me that I had an 11 month warranty. Very pleased with the service as well as the tech. Joe was great. Very personable and kind. Unfortunately ice makers are complicated. He was very patient and tried to diagnose it but it was Misbehaving because of the electrical board. He made me feel better about the product and said we could try getting a circuit board and then can come back for installation. Ace Handyman had a policy that protected me financially despite the time and attention they gave me, so it didn’t cost me a lot. I really appreciate both Joe and Rudy who called me twice to talk me through this process. I will absolutely support and promote this business as they are genuine and authentic when dealing with customers.
