We are glad we chose Breda Pest Management for our creature/critter needs. We use them for 3 services: termite, wildlife and pest control. Throughout the process, the inspector and all of the techs have been professional, courteous, and thorough in their respective roles. The inspector carefully explained the process for each service and provided clear written quotes with diagrams of the services that would be performed. I felt the pricing was reasonable for each service and that I understood exactly what would happen at each appointment. The techs arrived promptly at their various appointed times, introduced themselves, explained everything they were doing, and answered questions cheerfully. We felt that each of them understood their jobs and cared about how they executed. They treated our home and us with respect. Most importantly, their services were effective and we experienced immediate relief. We are now squirrel-, bug- and termite-free and we couldn't be more pleased with all three services. We will absolutely be renewing the contracts each year in order to continue this peaceful state of mind we experienced using Breda for our pest control. Please don't hesitate to call them if you are having squirrel, bug, or termite issues--they will handle it with a minimum of inconvenience to you.

The termite service was a bit pricey, but I'm a stickler for good customer service, which is what they have displayed time after time. Today, I had my first f/u with service technician Jamie. He is so sweet and polite, and very professional! He called before showing up and was prompt, neat in appearance, and he also put on his booties upon entering my home, which was GREATLY appreciated b/c I had just mopped my floors! Kudos to Jamie!

Little Mike, Dre and Kaleb were total professionals with my carpenter bee problem. They came on time and in uniform! The were courteous and polite which is increasingly becoming more rare.
