Advanced Gutter Cleaning

I would give Advanced's customer service an A++++. They always answered the phone or emails promptly and courteously. They seemed to genuinely care about the customer's experience with the service. Also, the service was on-time and communication regarding the service was as promised. On the crew, they were professional, courteous, and did a really great job on cleaning the gutters and roof and clearing an underground drain clog. They properly fixed the underground drain clog and before proceeding, showed me where the water was clearly backing up, gave me the options and costs, and got my permission to proceed. They cleaned up the property up well after the service, going above and beyond in clearing debris into the landscape. There were two minor issues on the service. The skylights were missed on the cleaning and one downspout was out left out of the underground drain. However, the skylight fee was promptly removed from the invoice when the team was notified. A technician came out to put the downspout back into the drain and secure it against the house the next morning, even though it was raining, it was a holiday, and the crews were not working that day. They were concerned about the day's heavy rain run-off from the downspout potentially getting under the house. The service cost is in the range of other insured companies doing the same service; however, Advanced offered us a senior discount, which was much appreciated given we're on a fixed income. They also provided the insurance papers in advance of the service. With the excellent customer service level, communication, and quality of the work, I would definitely use Advanced for gutter services in the future and possibly other services, such as pressure washing the house. "Have been using Advanced for a number of years to maintain clean gutters at my home. Stephen N. and Dorothy did an excellent job to not only clean the gutters but clear debris within all the roof valleys and clean up on the ground as they finished. This season I had them install under-the-shingle flat metal screens in high maintenance areas, these are not the normal metal screens you purchase at the big box stores that curl over time and not secured but a powder coated metal screen which they secure to the front lip of the gutter and non-obtrusive from the ground. Jesus explained the work they did, with before and after pictures and also informed me of possible roof leaking problems that I might need to take care of in the future. Jesus cleaned the whole roof of branches and leaves as well as removing mold from the edges of the gutters. Juan removed the tops of the gutter guards, cleaned the insides and also removed a clog from a porch downspout.
