We received several quotes to encapsulate and insulate our crawlspace and found AquaGuard to be the most competitive. Robbie came out for the initial consultation. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and very easy going (he never pushed us in any way which I appreciated). Their prices were competitive but their lifetime warranty sealed the deal for us. Matt and his crew came out for the actual installation. They were punctual, polite, professional, and overall very good at cleaning up after themselves. I found only one piece of trash that was missed but honestly, that’s pretty darn good considering the amount of work they did. My husband discovered that one of the vents was missed and when I notified Matt, he apologized profusely and came out the next day to rectify the problem. My only concern is that Matt said the dehumidifier that was installed only had a 5 year warranty whereas Robbie told us that everything had a lifetime warranty. Matt said he’ll have Robbie reach out to us for clarification but we haven’t heard from him yet. Overall we had an extremely positive experience and will be recommending this company to all of our friends and neighbors.

My crawl space was a terrible mess from rodent damage. Junk everywhere, insulation pulled down and bad rat odor. They did a great job of cleaning it out and encapsulating the area. Beautiful work and they did it in less time than quoted. Chris and his crew were very accommodating. Went above and beyond what they had to do. Were always on time. Highly recommend them.

Kurt, Samarie, Travis and Noah completed a job for us which entailed waterproofing a crawlspace. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we understood what they were doing and why they were doing it.
