I want to give a huge shout out not only to TRUSTDALE but to BRAVO FENCE. I look to TRUSTDALE any time I need a trusted vendor. I purchased my fence in April 2021. Over some time I had some issues with my two gates. I tried to have a handyman repair them and they still would barely open or shut. It never occurred to me to contact Bravo to see if they would warranty them. I finally contacted them AND THEY DID! They contacted me back within 15 minutes. They send Jesus (I do not know his last name) and he was fantastic! He repaired both gates and they are better than ever. I have hired a fence company, a locksmith and a garage door replacement/repair company from the TRUSTDALE website and they were all fantastic! Thank you for the great jobs :)

From start to finish they did a great job,. Recently my neighbor used Bravo for their privacy fence, so I contacted them after reading the reviews. Plus they were already on my list of companies to consider so when I noticed my neighbor had used them. It was obvious choice for me. They were very professional and responsive. On the day the crew arrived to put up the fence, they arrived on time and completed the job before the estimated time. I had a black aluminum fence installed back in the summer and was very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of the crew and office personnel. Unfortunately one of the crew members of the lawn care company I use damaged the gate. I called Bravo fence, I sent pictures of damage and they replaced it in a timely manner. Bravo Fencing did a great job! Our project manager was Jonathan and he was amazing. My husband said that he should have classes teaching other business customer service. He had the best customer service of any company we that we have worked with in a long time. He was very responsive, kind, and helpful. He came out once and measured and went over what we wanted and was quick to send us a quote. After discussing it my husband and I decided we wanted to fence in more property in a certain area. Jonathan was great. He came back and walked it with my husband again and got new measurements and send us the new updated quote. He listened to exactly what we wanted. Then when the team came out to do the fence we was so impressed. Gabriel was the team leader. Gabriel and his team was amazing! The job took 2 full days. They came and worked from like 7am to 5pm. And they worked so hard. We was in amazement how fast and so efficient they were. We are very happy with our discussion to go with Bravo. We did have 2 other companies come out and give us quotes. But there was just no comparison to customer service. Jonathan was by far the best! I would totally recommend them to anyone. We are even thinking about having them come out and do another area for us later. It was such a pleasure working with them

The Bravo fence team was great to work with, from the first call to the final walk-through after the fence was installed. The sales team was relatable, helpful and easy to understand. They did not push the most expensive fence and walked through multiple options, weighing the pros and cons of each. Our sales rep was in great communication leading up to install day. Three gentlemen came out to do the job day-of and got it done in just one day! They even wanted to hang around afterwards to see our dog experience his fenced back yard for the first time. After obtaining quotes from two other places, I can confirm their pricing was very competitive. We highly recommend!

The project I paid Bravo Fence to do was replace my entire 32-year-old 8' privacy fence... about 550 linear feet. A large portion of it went down during a recent wind storm and the rest looked unstable as well after 3 decades of aging. Given the replacement footage, I was provided three 4' gates at no extra charge. It took a while to have an estimator come to my home (busy time of season) and for the work to commence. But all arrived on the dates & times agreed to. Their price for the project was the lowest of four I obtained. Notably lower. The crew did excellent work. Everyone was very polite, including each administrative person I spoke with on the phone. Very, very hard workers. It's back breaking work. In heat and brutal humidity while also having to pause during a couple rain downpours. Yet they kept at it until late in the evening each night, completing what I figured would be a 5-day project in 3 1/2 days. The old fence was hauled away. The new fence is beautiful. The foreman took me on a walk-through at the end. All the gates & latches work properly. They cleaned up afterward. It was a very positive experience. I'd highly recommend this company.
