I am absolutely blown away at the professionalism and white glove service by Hughes Dry. These guys definitely have their stuff together. Everything about this experience blew my mind. From the friendly quoting process by Kyle to the exquisite services performed by Lamar and Wesley. They took the utmost care in moving furniture, outstanding professional service with the carpet repairs, and they even performed a demonstration on a small spot of stained carpet cleaning which I was amazed at! Trust me when I say, no need to call any other companies, this will be your first and last call!

After a lot of research, we used Hughes Dry Professional Carpet Care to restretch carpet wrinkles and to dry carpet cleaning of bedrooms, hallway, and stairs. We were very impressed with all the personnel and the total experience. Our carpets look & feel like new. When the technicians left, we could walk on the beautifully cleaned carpet; it was dry and there was no odor. We have previously had the same carpet restretched and cleaned by several other companies. From now on, we will only use Hughes Dry for our carpets, hardwoods, and other service they provide.

Had Carpet installed 7 years ago by Fleming Carpet. It was not installed properly, therefore, large ripples appeared creating tripping hazards. Fleming Carpet were called to inspect their Rep refused to correct, even though we had used their service for years. The Hughes Team was called on 11/03/22 they did not use knee action stretching but instead used a power stretching tool and they guaranteed the work for a lifetime against rippling. We were very pleased with the Techs. Professionalism and courtesy, as well as their skill. Looks like NEW and was completed on 11/04/22

Had to leave my dog at my apartment overnight when an emergency came up. She destroyed the carpet in front of my bedroom door when she somehow locked herself in and freaked out while I was gone. A technician came out while I wasn't even home because I left the code with them and they repaired my carpet. You can't even tell there was any damage. You can't even tell someone was here to repair the carpet. There was no mess, no hassle. The customer service for whomever answers the phone at the office was fantastic. Lamar and Wesley really helped me out by repairing this carpet. I will recommend Hughes to everybody that I can in the future when they need similar services to mine or even just for general carpet cleaning services which seems to be the main service, they provide because of my experience today. 6 stars out of 5 they far exceeded my expectations. Our experience with Hughes was nothing short of professional and amazing. We have had multiple different carpet cleaners come to our home and clean the carpet. Each time after they left, the carpet would be wet for up to a day, sometimes two days period when the carpet would dry, there would be stains that came back up. Meanwhile, our entire house smelled like chemicals for up to a week. We had the exact opposite experience with Hughes. In under an hour of them leaving, I was walking around the house and a pair of socks with completely dry feet. The stains that many other companies had tried to remove from our carpet we're now gone and the level of customer service from their technicians was far superior to anything that I have experienced with any contractor in any industry. I highly recommend that you use Hughes if you are looking for a safe and effective carpet cleaning service in the Atlanta area.

The professionals at Hughes did a wonderful job on our carpets today! Our 10 year old carpets had some tough spots that needed to be cleaned. Our Hughes technician was able to remove all the spots as he cleaned the rugs, including our stairs. He wasn’t satisfied with one spot so he went back over it and it was gone!! We used this company in the past and like their services. We are very glad we used them again - Joey (the technician) couldn’t have done a better, more thorough cleaning. I have asthma but with the cleaning product Hughes uses, there is no chemical or irritating odor. And being able to walk on the carpets immediately after they are done is a big “plus” for us. We will definitely use Hughes again!

I cannot even begin to describe how much I value the staff and services at Hughes Dry. We have 2 small kids and 2 senior dogs. Needless to say, we have a lot of carpet messes. Whenever I want to make sure that my carpet is not only clean but sanitized, I call Lori to schedule an appointment with Kyle. Lori is professional and sweet and always gets Kyle out to us ASAP. Kyle is always on time, extremely thorough, and respectful of nap times. I trust that he will do his best to get out the pet stains so that my kids have a safe carpet to play on. Our preschooler goes around the house with a flashlight and a spray bottle (like Kyle) looking for “yucky spots.” We are Hughes Dry customers for life!
