Integrity Restoration and Remodeling-Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration

We are very pleased with the work Crystal and Lisa did at our home. They were prompt, professional and kind. They explained the process clearly, and answered any questions we had. My husband works from home, so they took great care to ensure there were no disruptions. There was no interference with our daily schedule. We have a special needs child. They went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable with the process. We appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

Following the remediation team's work, the remodeling team (led by Steven and Roy) handled the reconstruction. They did an excellent job. The two teams coordinated well together - first remediation/demolition and then reconstruction - which kept things seamless for us. We are pleased with everything that Integrity did, and we are extremely grateful. Jason Murphy and his team have been wonderful. Knowledgeable, pleasant, thorough, and hard-working. I highly recommend Integrity. Everyone on the team were extremely polite and communicative professionals who were thorough in their work and considerate of working in our home. Such qualities cannot be understated given that the need for restoration services is due to a damaging event in your home - the last thing you want is more problems. Should have called Integrity first. USAA recommended the ServePro that services Tucker. That was a huge mistake! So then we called Integrity to come and remediate and complete what ServePro failed to do. Jennifer, Kevin, Ken, & Kayden were all fantastic - super responsive, taking time to make sure we understood what was happening and did the job right!

Amazing team of professionals. I would highly recommend them to everyone who need help with water damage, mold mitigation and reconstruction work. Jennifer and Steven specially stood as a wall defending our work and expenses with the insurance company. Steven is one of most reasonable and thorough professional I have come across, he kept our priorities at top even if it lessen his profit of work. Jennifer was always on time and every time we needed her to come by for some discussion and if she cannot come in person she was always connected over calls and text. Angela took care of all our paperwork and she was amazing in handling it with insurance and mortgage company. Our experience with Integrity was a great one from the start. Responsive and organized, got our house back together as if nothing happened. Kaden, our PM was always responsive and proactive, and did a very thorough quote that the insurance company had no issues with. Ernest and Roy, the contractors were also very trustworthy and professional. No complaints. Would call them again for any remodeling/restoration needs and would recommend them to anyone.

We were lucky to find Integrity Restoration. Every employee has been top notch; however, special thanks to Kevin for going above the call of duty to solve a problem in our basement that was actually a fire hazard that we were not aware of. Shannon, Shane, Brian, Lisa, Ryan, Richard....they are all very hard working and were amazingly dedicated fixing our flooded basement and laundry room. Integrity handled all of the interface between our insurance provider and themselves for the remediation work, so it was hassle free for us.

Thank you to Integrity for the work they did at my home. I had an unusual project that had multiple steps that required gaps in between so that other vendors could do their part. They worked with me on the scheduling and were patient to see it through to the end. Many members of the Integrity team were involved along the way but I would like to especially thank Kevin and Ryan for their exceptional care that went over and above what was required. During each visit they always asked if there was anything else they could do. This was not just “a job” to them...this was customer care. I can’t end this post without thanking Crystal for her help at the beginning of the project. Our project was a nasty biohazard clean-up. Crystal was such a help and support to us during this “trauma”. An additional thank you to Jason for coordinating it all!
