Should have called Integrity first. USAA recommended the ServePro that services Tucker. That was a huge mistake! So then we called Integrity to come and remediate and complete what ServePro failed to do. Jennifer, Kevin, Ken, & Kayden were all fantastic - super responsive, taking time to make sure we understood what was happening and did the job right!

Steven is one of most reasonable and thorough professional I have come across, he kept our priorities at top even if it lessen his profit of work. Jennifer was always on time and every time we needed her to come by for some discussion and if she cannot come in person she was always connected over calls and text. Angela took care of all our paperwork and she was amazing in handling it with insurance and mortgage company.
