Very professional manager Chris came out to look over what we needed and to give a quote. He suggested further work but was NOT high-pressure at all. He left the decision up to me, and was also glad to talk to my out-of-town husband on the phone. He was within 10 minutes of his estimated time of arrival [10 min. early] and was not hurried in any way. He explained thoroughly to me, in terms I could understand, what his workers would be doing....their names, their scheduled time, and expectations. The technicians were on time, got straight to work once I showed them the areas, and did not take any long breaks all day. They were professional, but allowed me to come see the work periodically for my satisfaction. They even showed me a small error they made, but corrected. I am VERY pleased with this company. I chose them because they ONLY do electrical work, and that's all I needed.

Several years ago I had someone from lightning bug come out to take a look at the DIY job the previous owners had done on our basement electrical. It was a messy but functional job and we decided not to make any changes due to financial concerns, but I was quoted for suggested changes. Fast forward to today; a GFI outlet in the garage failed along with the entire basement, which was wired into this same line. Lightning Bug pulled up the old quote, made adjustments to it, and separated the GFI outlets as well as separating the basement into several lines to reduce the load. I also got a quote for future modifications I plan to make when I can finish the rest of the basement. They were polite, punctual, and thorough. Excellent work, responsive front office, and friendly staff. A+ across the board.

Great experience all around to get "Transfer Switch" install for backup generator power . Professional call-desk for service setup. Quick / on time in-home meeting with Sales Manager (Tim Jordan) to review everything required with honest/ down to earth communication, and gave me confidence of the crew running through a power-outage scenario to test run my generator working as backup power. 2-man crew did great install and came up with "better layout" than previously discussed. Appreciate everything and looking forward to their support on future projects when needed.
