Water line broken from the meter to home causing me to have to shut water off and on because of the extensive loss of water and high billing cost. Called Rooter Pro Plumbing at 11:50 AM on 8/3/2026. Explained the issue via phone and in 20 minutes, Jerimy Jackson was at my door to ascertain the problem. He explaIned all that was needed and set the repair for the next day. The next morning the crew of workers showed up and did an excellent job of repairing the broken line. Andy, Shawn , Curtis and Bobby were all experienced and was able to handle an unseen problem which they handled quickly and expertly. I thank Jay Akers, the owner of the company, for being willing to work with me and making this problem an easy one.
