Kori Wyatt was very knowledgeable, VERY professional - arrived on time and worked hard to find and solve the problem with the dishwasher. We had two issues - one some 10 days ago ( the tech repaired and replaced one of the light sockets and it's light in the oven ) - and we discovered about 48 hours later that the broiler no longer worked at all ( we feared that the failure might have been connected to the previous repair ! ) -- the tech came out today, quickly determined that it was NOT connected in any way to the previous issue, diagnosed and quickly and efficiently repaired the failed electrical connection (it was within the interior control of the broiler). The issue was dealt with and repaired quickly and professionally -- the Appliance Doctor continues to do a wonderful job: we will continue to use them any time we have need of their services. Extremely friendly and efficient, very trustworthy and professional. ROMAN was wonderful...friendly, honest, reliable and patient!!!!! Loved the lifetime warranty for the parts too. Our double oven went out because we made the mistake of actually using the self-cleaning function. Who knew it’s a bad idea, now I know better. Glad they could get it fixed and also willing to replace that part again in the future. Great peace of mind knowing that.
