I called top tier tree service to give me an estimate to remove a large pine tree. Damon came out the next day and gave me an estimate. He knew I was in a time crunch to have the tree removed because I was having a fence installed. Damon was able to have the tree removed the next day!! Amazing fast service. The crew did a great job as well. Very efficient and cleaned up all the debris. Jen did a great job too with the scheduling. I will definitely use them again.

Top Tier Trees is the best! Highly recommended! David and Mandy Hall have built an exceptional company. I got a lot of quotes to cut my 12 trees (mostly huge old growth hardwoods) and trim two others. Top Tier was not the least expensive, but very reasonable, and something about David made me keep coming back to their quote, and more so, the advice. David is a certified Arborist who had a MUCH more comprehensive approach to his advice, considering not just sun, shade, safety, and access, as most did, but also tree health, age considerations, competition and codependence, risk management issues and vulnerabilities like torsional stress from uneven weight distribution and splitting of codominant stems. David was also more confident in his and his crew's abilities to handle safety issues. My trees were VERY close to my house, but he did not hesitate. I had a large storm drain with an exposed pipe in the back yard which was vulnerable to trees dropping on it or equipment crossing it. David was the ONLY one to state he could do the work and not damage the drain. Let me tell you, his crew worked like engineers to ensure the integrity of the drain/pipe and my house. They could drop a tree on a dime in slow motion and make sure it did not go anywhere except where it fell. AMAZING! David and I had a solid and clear plan going in, but there was one glitch during the work, because there always is, right? But know this, whatever happens, before moving on, stop and call David. He WILL answer, consult with the crew, and set things straight to stay on track with the plan. Finally, David and Mandy value customer satisfaction, have a focus on recycling or reusing tree waste if trees must be cut, and most importantly gives his staff the respect, trust, and support they deserve. I have no hesitation to recommend Top Tier Trees.

David and Lamar are a class act. We were referred to them by neighbors and saw other good reviews. They are arborists and provide an overall service and not just tree choppers. After a couple of consultation sessions, David provided a clear itemized proposal and highlighted priorities starting with safety hazardous, nuisance, and cosmetic. It was so helpful to know what we had to do, and what could wait. We had multiple “bids” and while Top Tier was not the cheapest we selected them based on their business practice, reputation, and that they were on Trust Dale. They even provided great advice in terms of getting HOA approval, informing neighbors, and what if scenarios. On the day of the project, the crew were professional, were equipped with what seem to be all of their necessary PPE and did a fantastic job cleaning up after the work was complete. I could not speak higher of them - 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Top Tier Trees is well named. They do excellent work and exceeded my expectations. They responded to my request for a quote the next business day and sent over an arborist within a few days, who arrived on time and provided a written detailed quote with photographs the next day. Erin was very knowledgeable and readily offered advice on what was needed and not needed. The quoted was reasonable and there was no request for an increase after the contract was signed. The work was scheduled within two weeks and the crew arrived ready to work early in the morning. The work was completed, including thorough clean up, in early afternoon. This job included removal of one tree and multiple trees trimmed in my front yard and multiple trees removed and multiple trimmed in my back yard. My back yard is not easily accessed and two of the trees were massive so a very large crane was used to remove all. Since a basketball goal interfered with the crane, it was removed at no extra charge. The clean up was excellent with little noticeable damage to my yard.
