Top Tier Stump Grinding

Just had our latest great experience with Top Tier Trees, we'll never use any other tree company. They've been out 3 or 4 times in the last few years, doing everything from extra-large tree removal to grinding the stump of a particularly stubborn holly and everything in between. David is top notch, very knowledgeable and professional, an arborist who gives great advice when discussing your project, I never feel like there are any unnecessary add-ins. Family owned and operated, always friendly and courteous, so easy to work with. This time we removed dozens of overgrown hollies, saplings, a couple of large trees in difficult areas, some stump grinding, large tree pruning in all areas around our house. The crew works as hard as any I've seen and took great care, as always, not to damage any of the surrounding trees/shrubs that we wanted to keep. They made sure the work they were doing was what I expected throughout the project. I hate having tree work done, but these guys are the best.

From the estaminet through the end of work Top Tier Trees was truly amazing! Brett took time to walk me through everything during the estimate, even taking photos to go along with each line item. The two ladies I spoke with in the office were always prompt to respond and polite. On the scheduled date the team came out and they were all awesome! They walked me through everything agin to make sure we were all on the same page, and followed up with me throughout the day. All in all with 8 massive trees, stump grinding and a ton of brush removed it took 2 days, and that included the large tree trunks being removed from the side of the road. I highly recommend Top Tier Trees and will be letting everyone in my neighborhood know as well.

These guys were incredibly professional and finished the job in under and hour. They confirmed that this type of tree will die if it is cut down, even without grinding the stump. For now, we are going to plant around it and see how it goes. This company does offer stump grinding though and they have a contractor relationship, if we need to replace the stone. Top notch and highly recommend!

Our experience with Top Tier Trees was fantastic! From the initial consultation with Matt we knew that we were dealing with professionals. We are very happy that we chose a company that lives up to its reputation! The tree cutters arrived on time and did an excellent job all around. They removed 4 giant pine trees from our backyard in addition to a few smaller trees without any issues whatsoever. You can tell that the tree cutters are real pros and know exactly what they're doing. Very skilled and very coordinated. They also removed all the stumps from our backyard. This part was challenging because they had to get their stump grinder down a very steep slope (some contractors told me this wasn't possible). This wasn't a problem for Phillip! He knocked out all the stumps in just a few hours and did an excellent job cleaning up! I'm very happy with my experience and highly recommend Top Tier Trees!

EXPERT STUMP GRINDING! Top Tier Trees went above and beyond our expectations. Professional and accommodating all the way through the process. They quickly arrived at our residence to offer a free quote, and answer any questions we had. All follow-up communication was efficient, and they were outstanding at scheduling the work to be completed on a day convenient to our busy schedules. Taylor took great care navigating machinery around our backyard, as to not damage the shrubs and trees around the stumps. Once the grinding was completed, they thoroughly cleaned any resulting mulch, and walked the area with us to ensure our 100% satisfaction.
