"Caleb and an associate completed this job at my home. These young men could not have been more polite, respectful, and thorough. They went above and beyond, even offering to load a defective toilet into the back of my car for me, since it was found to be defective and I had to take it back for an exchange. I did the exchange and these gentlemen were back out to my house first thing the next morning to re install the replacement. I was not charged for the second visit despite the extra time it took them through no fault of their own. Having plumbing issues is never fun, but having such great service certainly goes a long way. The lady that answers the phone to set up appointments is equally as polite and helpful to deal with. I highly recommend this company."

Technicians showed up on time. Had a new furnace installed. Selected a 80% constant torque ECM motor plus media filter, rack and filter. The fan can barely be heard. The price was excellent. I highly recommend Snellville Heating, Air and Plumbing.
