Cameron is the best. He was just as passionate about our project as we were. His customer service was immaculate. He always returned calls, and kept in touch even when I was slacking. I am typically on edge with contractors because of unscrupulous price gouging. However, I always felt like I could relax with Cameron and that he would be fair. I would indeed recommend Cameron for your next project. You will not be disappointed with the level of customer service and expertise that he has to offer.

I had to urgently get an estimate for some work our home insurance company said they needed done. Something our inspector did not see and with the threat of insurance cancellation it was very worrisome. I'm a first time home owner so getting any news like this was overwhelming. Thankfully PGRS was super professional from the beginning. It was easy to make an appointment and confirm it and they had quick availability. They sent over Cameron Hayes to do our estimate and he was Excellent. He was extremely thorough and detailed and patient with my many 'first time homebuyer' questions. I called them over to inspect two parts of the house but ended up feeling reassured about the fact that the whole roof/gutter/siding was inspected thoroughly by a true professional. Getting the comfort to ask questions when this is your first time tackling any of this is immensely helpful. The PGRS team was absolutely amazing to deal with from start to finish. I went through the Trust Dale site to pick a contractor for a large job at my property which included complete gutter replacement with Rain drop protection. The team at PGRS communicated with me regularly on the status of materials and onsite work and I never had to wonder what the status of the project was. I had three install teams and they were on time, professional, very detailed in their work and cleaned up as if they hadn't even been there. This project went off with out even one small issue and to say I am pleased with the outcome and the PGRS team would be an understatement.

This is the most professional company I have worked with in a very long time. They had a company supervisor come by my residence at least 2 times every day. Most days it was 3 times. The supervisor for the subcontractors came by at least once every day. They were very concerned that I was happy with the work and wanted to answer all of my questions. The work they did, siding, soffets, fascia and gutters was superb. It looks like a new house. From the salesman who first came out, to the subs, and the supervisors you could not ask for better or more professional people. Communication was wonderful! While I probably could have gotten the job done cheaper, I doubt seriously that I could have gotten better work or a more professional group. I will without reservation highly recommend this company to everyone. If you want the job done right call PGRS and you won't be sorry!

PGRS is an outstanding company that did superior work on a very large project at our house. We had new siding, gutters, guards, windows and doors plus facia and soffits installed. They were timely, detailed and cleanup after all work. We did not have a problem of any significance during the entire project. The people are professional and truly care about the work they do.
