Great Service! RS Andrews had to correct an issue that wasn’t properly resolved in my previous visit in November but I didn’t realize there was an issue until I tried my A/C and discovered it was putting out heat versus cold air. Today, the senior service technician Blake came out and was able to make the corrections and get my HVAC system back to functioning properly without any additional charges. He was very astute, friendly, and professional and I appreciate the great service. Because of him, I plan to continue getting my maintenance service with RS Andrews since they stood by their work. Kudos to Blake!

Our experience with Blake was very professional. Not only was Blake knowledgeable about our system, his feedback and follow up after the call was amazing. I can’t recommend him enough. Because of his professionalism we purchased a service agreement with RS Andrews and have requested that as long as Blake is available we want him to be our AC guy. A word of caution don’t try n fix things you know nothing about, call RS Andrews and have them come out! :-)
