"We have been dealing with plumbing issues on and off for 10 yrs with a variety of companies and individuals. RS Andrews has a GEM employee with Robert Hervey. He was A+ professional all the way through the appointment. We learned more about our outside drainage system during our first meeting than in all those years being provided conflicting information. Robert listened to our concerns, We discussed and agreed on an action plan with upfront pricing. Then, we were provided options for next steps. Again, cost discussed upfront. Thank you RS Andrews for sending us your best and for the great customer service and Robert for the great workmanship and work ethic. Yes , RS Andrews has our business now!"

I am a Registered Professional (PE) Engineer. I closely observed Mr. Jaime Morera's work from start to end. Gas line was extending out of wall minimizing the cabinet depth required for proper installation of new oven. Task was to move the gas line inside of the wall. I found Jaime to be very talented with high level of problem solving skill. He developed a genius solution in extending and rerouting gas supply line to cooktop minimizing modification to wall while simplifying the routing of flex line to cooktop. He is a very passionate and detail oriented technician. RS Anderson should take pride of having dedicated and skillful technicians like him.

David Stitt, the R. S, Andrews Tech, who responded to my call for plumbing help did the most important thing for a customer... he listened to my description of the problem as I saw it. Using that input he evaluated my hot water heater, checked a couple of things, identified the faulty part, contacted the manufacturer, arranged for a within warranty replacement and when it is received will schedule a service to complete a fix. Oh, yeah gave me solution around how to work through the time between now and his service call when the part arrives. Not finished but a great start...

The technician arrived within a very short time understood the problem and did a root cause analysis. Inspected all bathrooms to verify that they were in good shape. A very friendly plumber who suggested options on what needs done & which are urgent (no sales pressure was applied) I will use RS Andrews in the future , they know what they are doing, have the right tools & the quality parts on their truck
