We are not a resume forwarding service. We act as a true hiring partner. Every search starts with a detailed intake meeting to understand the role, the goals for the position, the company culture, and what success looks like in the role long term. From there, we manage the sourcing, screening, and interview process and offer support from start to finish.

 

Our goal is to help businesses make better hires faster, with less stress and less time spent on the hiring process.

Price

Talent acquisition services are typically provided on a placement fee basis, calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s first-year compensation.

For most roles, the placement fee is approximately 15% - 20% of the candidate’s annual salary for exclusive searches. Non-exclusive searches may be priced higher depending on the level of difficulty and scope of the search.

 

To begin a search, we collect a retainer equal to one-third of the estimated placement fee. This allows our team to immediately begin recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates, and fully commit our team to your search. The retainer is applied toward the final placement fee and is not an additional cost.

 

We also offer alternative recruiting structures for companies with ongoing hiring needs, including hourly recruiting support and project-based recruiting.

Quality

At Sourced., candidates go through a structured and rigorous screening process before they are ever presented to a client. Each candidate is evaluated by multiple members of our team, not just one recruiter, and we use modern recruiting technology and assessment tools to help evaluate candidate quality, experience, and fit. DISC and other behavioral assessments can also be administered if requested.

 

Because of our structured process and team-based approach, our clients often have a signed offer letter from a candidate in as little as 3–4 weeks, depending on the role and interview timeline.

 

We are proud to have a 97% repeat client rate, which we believe is one of the strongest indicators of the quality of our work and the success of our placements.

 

We also provide a 90-day guarantee on our placements. Our goal is long-term success for both the client and the candidate, not just filling a position.
