I had not used the TrustDale Certified Services Guide before using it to find and contact Dr. Roof for a free roof inspection. If Dr. Roof's Drake Connor is an example of the type of Professional to expect of the certified Trustdale Partners, I'll be using the Services Guide from here on. Drake spent time listening and responding to my need. Drake inspected my roof and was prompt in providing findings that were extremely helpful. As a former salesperson, I joke that the sales required lying, cheating, and stealing. Although I think I acted in that career with integrity, there are times I wonder if I succumbed to the slippery slope and did not remain customer focused. Drake impressed me, and renewed my faith that there are still businesses seeking to work on behalf of the customer's best interest. In the future I will suggest TrustDale Services Guide, Dr. Roof, and specifically Drake Connor to friends and family.

The contract was well-organized and easy to read. The roof installation team maintained a clean, safe worksite throughout the 2-day project. All repairs were preapproved. The team voluntarily altered the plan to eliminate a dead spot that had chronically trapped debris, at no extra cost to me. The quality control supervisor visited at least twice daily and conducted a final quality inspection the day after the project's completion. Sean from Dr. Roof was great. Dr. Roof repaired the (rotting ceiling) outside of my front door. Water was leaking into the light fixture and corroded the socket. I had to replace the bulb portion of the fixture. No only was my ceiling/roof area repaired to eliminate the leak, Sean also insure that the new socket was put in properly.
