I usually do not do reviews, but in this case I thought it needed to be done. Jon, the technician, sent a text to let me know the approx. time he would arrive. He arrived well within his time frame. He was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He reviewed the job with me prior to starting and proceeded to start on the job. He not only did the job beyond my expectations, but also cleaned up any and all of the dust resulting from cutting the tile. I can not say enough great things about him and New Day Tile and would highly recommend them for any ceramic tile repair or installation.

Our 20 year old white tile shower was in bad need of restoration or a complete rebuild. We have this beautiful house except for the master shower which was a real eye sore!
