Amy stayed in contact with me about the prep required before her team arrives. James and his helper Alexis showed up with ALL the tools of the trade, along with a drop sheet to keep my home clean. James did an exemplary job, removing old grout, cleaning tile lines, then filling with new grout. They left my home and the bathroom spotless! He was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He reviewed the job with me prior to starting and proceeded to start on the job. He not only did the job beyond my expectations, but also cleaned up any and all of the dust resulting from cutting the tile.
