  • Several years ago I had someone from lightning bug come out to take a look at the DIY job the previous owners had done on our basement electrical. It was a messy but functional job and we decided not to make any changes due to financial concerns, but I was quoted for suggested changes. Fast forward to today; a GFI outlet in the garage failed along with the entire basement, which was wired into this same line. Lightning Bug pulled up the old quote, made adjustments to it, and separated the GFI outlets as well as separating the basement into several lines to reduce the load. I also got a quote for future modifications I plan to make when I can finish the rest of the basement. They were polite, punctual, and thorough. Excellent work, responsive front office, and friendly staff. A+ across the board.
