"I called to have someone work on my kitchen to deck door, that I couldn't turn the key to engage the deadbolt into the frame as I have thumb arthritis in my hands, and the house is 23 years old. He moved the plate in the house frame, and replaced the interior mechanism of the lock after trying to get it to work better with lubrication, etc. I had him work on 4 more exterior doors, and he replaced some more interior mechanisms, moved a door plate, and tightened up loose knob on garage door. John had all necessary parts for the additional requested door work! Very fast, and extremely knowledgeable!"
