I used Superior Pro based upon a recommendation by another who had used their services and I am not disappointed I did. Brett, our sales rep, was prompt, highly detailed in his pricing and explanation of the work to be completed, and listened to all of my concerns. The crew was just as prompt and went above and beyond to make sure the project was completed on time and with quality work. Mike, our project manager, was always quick to respond to any questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work performed. Both the window molding replacement and the exterior painting looks amazing. I would highly recommend. This is an honest and fair company that has their customers in mind with every step.

From initial quote through the end of the project (22 windows replaced) they communicated with me very well. We determined an install date that worked for me and the work was completed in one day. We did a quick walk through and they addressed everything we pointed out on our inspection. The next day, when we had more time, we did a more thorough inspection and found a few minor items we wanted tightened up . They sent the head installer out and everything was taken care of without any issues or consternation. There was a window that was cracked and another scratched which they immediately ordered and have given us a date to be replaced. The windows are high quality and the work was just as solid. The clean up was great as well. I am rather particular on the clean up and I was impressed.

It went very well. They’re very conscientious. We were having a lot of rain during the job. Originally they can’t commit because they were so busy and trying to catch up but they ended up working me in and got it done very quickly. they kept me updated every couple of days just to tell what the progress was or anything. I never really had to call them. They have a great management process.

Totally thrilled with the results! I used Superior Pro 10 years ago on another house and was very happy with the results back then. After moving to another home that needed a lot of work (facia, soffit, doors, roof, windows, complete painting, etc.) I went back to Superior Pro, and I’m so glad I did! They had to repair a lot of items including work done poorly by a previous contractor and paint the whole thing. It looks fabulous! I even have neighbors commenting on the great job done. Superior is very well run and organized. There is great communication throughout the processes and scheduling, including walk throughs and follow up with an assigned project manager (Roy was awesome). No questions went unanswered.
