We are very pleased with service rendered by Frontier Foundation. Elijah thoroughly explained the process to install the WaterGuard basement waterproofing system with the Triple Safe Sump System in our basement and his presentation sold the system. Frontier worked with us on rescheduling work to meet our changing schedule . Zack and his crew arrived promptly and explained process again answering all of our questions . They were professional and efficient and left the site as neat as they could with exception of the expected concrete dust. Will be giving them a call in the spring about some driveway repair.

They have done a lot of work on our home over the past 2 years with push piers for stabilization, leveling jack for our front door, water drainage around the the outside, and a lot more. After closing on my home, it was quickly discovered that the basement would flood with each rain. The free quote was easy to schedule. Hunter took us through the process, what to expect, and multiple scenarios. As this was a stressful undertaking for a new homeowner, the project was not without some hiccups along the way. However, the team was quick to respond and adjust. The crew that worked on my home, was stellar all around. Zack, Nick, Noah, and Josh were timely and super easy to work with. Absolutely loved their attention to detail. When the crew went into my backyard, they were thorough in keeping my makeshift gate closed so my dogs could not get out. (This may seem minor, but any pet owner knows the utmost importance, especially being new to the neighborhood) Zack was very thorough in explaining each step along the way; asking aesthetic details, communicating each day where they were in the process and talking through the equipment - true asset to the company.

Today, I was able to meet with Mr. Antoine Cooper, design specialist, to ascertain options that reduce/remove water seepage through my concrete block basement, particularly after a heavy rainfall. In addition, we discussed a strategy to dehumidify a large crawlspace and earthen-floor area that is also involved under the same house. Mr. Cooper was able to provide meaningful information and he sketched a basic floor plan to depict the basic features found under my house including cement floor, earthen floor, and crawlspaces. We discussed previous strategies completed in earlier years to protect the house structure and listed the updates that would be needed to provide on-going protection. I also asked him to indicate other areas of concern that I may wish to address as a later time. He took pictures, sketched diagrams to illustrate his verbal explanations and to apply to the job estimate that he provided, listened thoughtfully, and answered my questions. Having little expertise in this area, I found him knowledgeable and it helped me to understand more fully my own concerns and the underlying concerns that I had not more fully understood. I felt much more at ease about what would need to be completed and I appreciated his courteousness and willingness to be respectful as he provided a lot of information and answered many questions. Carlos Guox was our on-site supervisor. He ensured our basement repair was completed seamlessly and smoothly. The repairs were completed within the specified time as our bid stated. Due to unforeseen circumstances there was a change that cost more than our bid - Frontier absorbed the cost. My foreman (Fernando Mendoza) was early to the job, kept a clean worksite, finished quickly while maintaining all of the quality I expected, and was very thorough and professional. I have had both an exterior drain and a complete perimeter drain installed throughout my basement. After 2 years I have had ZERO leaks in my basement that used to regularly flood. Work that lasts at a reasonable price! A good company indeed!
