I would like to leave a review regarding my experience with Arbor Hills Construction. Arbor Hills Construction personnel did an OUTSTANDING job on my driveway replacement. All of the folks worked like a well oiled machine with no standing around, just doing a phenomenal job! The driveway came out perfect! From Adam, to Josh, to Racheal; all were super people to work with and got the work done!

This was the single most successful home maintenance project I've ever experienced. The scope included demolition and pouring of a concrete driveway and walkway, replacement of brick steps and regrouting of a brick porch, as well as a few extras. This was the only company TrustDale recommended in my zip code and I took bids from two other contractors highly rated by other services. Price was lowest and workscope quoted was the most complete. The salesman (Adam) was consultative and gave me some great ideas I wouldn't have thought of; well worth the price for the additional features. He came to the house to make sure the job started off right. The work was quick: one day demolition, 1/2 day to pour new concrete, and another day for the masonry work and final clean up. The work is beautiful. All ten of the workers were friendly and worked extremely hard on very hot days. The masonry was subcontracted but that team was also extremely hard working and friendly. Visits from the owner and Adam throughout the job were well appreciated. The attention to detail about restoring the lawn at the edges of the concrete and pressure washing the street and public sidewalk were additional values they provided that were not listed in the proposal but were included. At the end of the first and second day, everything was cleaned up and organized, but the yard was "shined' to perfection by the cleanup crew at the end. Arbor Hills replaced my existing driveway, added a parking pad, and replace part of our carport where the concrete had settled and broken. Their work is very high quality, they finished it beautifully, they cleaned up all their materials the next day (after the concrete had set). They do not do permitting, so you have to handle that yourself or use their reference to handle it for you. I am very happy with the result of their work and their prices are reasonable!
