We are satisfied with Frontier's customer service and the water abatement, foundation, and crawl space work they completed for our circa 1900 home. Before the jobs, Frontier was responsive and pleasant when it came to appointments, contracts, emails, and updates. During the jobs, Miss Sandy was honest and excellent at communicating with us. It was her mission to do a QUALITY job and to do it RIGHT, which was very important us. After the jobs, Frontier's Project Coordinator, Heather, provided prompt communication and excellent customer service. She had the expertise to communicate with me and answer questions about drilling through our vapor barrier to install security cameras. Will use Frontier again, and recommend to anyone in Nashville!

We needed extensive foundation stabilization repair to the front of our house (we live on a hill)), and we highly recommend Frontier Basement. I use to work in the customer service field for 27 years, so I am actually very hard to impress. Their customer service skills and communicative skills are very good. The crew consisted of Mike, Matt, Memphis, and Josh, and they kept us informed every step of the way. Benji, Juan and Erick were my foundation crew. They were able to add foundation piers to my home to lift & stabilize prior to us having additional mitigation work completed. Will, Brandon, Jake and Brooks were a fantastic encapsulation crew! This crew installed ground barrier, iceguard, sump pump, drain tiles, water watch alarm system, back up battery, dehumidifier & air filteration system, wall liner, completing entire encapsulation with framed EverLast door. They traveled daily from TN to KY. They were always on time and notified me via phone of ETA. They kept me informed thru entire process. We instantly felt difference in home physically, in sound reduction, and in fresh smells! Top notch work and customer service. Highly recommend Frontier and these crews!
