Arrived on time for the appointment. He took pitures of the issues on the roof so that I could better understand what was wrong. He explained everything about what he was going to do to repair the issues. The price was well within reason for the work he did.

From my initial inquiry to the final inspection of the completed work, I received excellent service. My sales rep, Mike Mastowski, was great at understanding my needs and thorough in his presentation of the right products for my project. Dewayne kept me informed on the production schedule and Shawn was there each day during installation. Had them replace my roof. Robert Hamrick came out for the initial inspection and he was very knowledgeable and printed the quote for me on-site within 15 - 20 minutes. It was in line with verbal I got from another company who never sent me a written quote. He kept me up to date on status, timing, etc. Dwayne Sidwa was the supervisor of the project and he, too, kept me informed on timing. Everything was done on time when promised. I also like the fact that they have a customer "portal" that you log in and can view progress via photos. Everyone I communicated with were very pleasant. I plan to contact them again in the spring when I get gutters for my house.

Very helpful in shingle selection - so nice to see a photo of your house and be able to put different shingles/colors on it. The installation and clean up went as easy as possible.
