Excellent experience. Highly recommended. They installed a new flat screen on the wall and worked efficiently to get it all done quickly, but correctly. (plus conscientious about floor coverings, shoe coverings and covid masks). They came back very quickly and free of charge when a minor issue came up that turned out to be not their doing. Great communication and informative- their experience showed. Will use them again.

I called a company to come out to install a MantleMount MM340 above my stacked stone fireplace. Installation on stacked stone is difficult and the first company that came out after 4 hours decided they could not do it. I called Intuitive AV and just from a phone call already felt much better about the installation. The guys came out and had it installed within about 3 hours. They were very polite and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Intuitive AV to any of my friends or family who are installing a TV, especially if it's in a difficult location.
