In a world where it’s hard to find people that are happy to go above and beyond to help you, it was so refreshing to get that with every aspect of dealing with this company. I originally called them based on the great reviews and I’m so glad I did. We were having issues with our heat and air unit upstairs starting to have problems due to our house not being properly insulated. Chris, our sales rep, was very professional and recommended an affordable option for us and it didn’t feel like he was recommending options that didn’t make sense. Jackson, the guy who did the insulation install, was very professional and even showed up earlier than originally expected, which is rare when you have a time frame to expect someone. He showed me before and after pictures and even cleaned up after himself. We have a dog and she didn’t even freak out because their equipment was so quiet. I could already tell a difference in the temperature of our house being much cooler as they were doing the job and an even bigger difference after it was completed. They texted me when they were in route and arrived on time every time. I can not recommend this company enough. The easiest, fastest, most convenient experience I’ve ever had. Jared did the initial inspection and reviewed all with me to ensure I understood options and process. Their price was 15% higher than the lowest quote but that guy quoted over the phone with no visit. I am happy to pay a bit more for someone who cares enough to do it right.
