Did you get a recent notice to update your billing information for an account?

Did you get a recent notice that it’s time to update your billing information for prime, Netflix, ESPN all access or Etsy? If you have, delete it because it’s a digital scam! An email may look a bit like this one that was sent to one of our own TrustDALE teammates.  The sender appears to be “prime member services” and in the subject line it reads “reminder - update card for prime renewal.” but it’s not! it’s a scammer’s attempt to get access to your personal information and steal from you. Take a closer look at the sender’s email address - its from tuanku at a Microsoft’s live account - not from Amazon at all.  If you’re still not convinced,  reach out directly to the company on their secure site to see if you need to update any of your billing information.
