Wow Great service and an education! Jeffrey fixed my gas stove and let me know the correct way to clean it to keep it running for years!! I was spraying product on burners causing buildup. He even showed me how to maintain my dishwasher!

My dryer light had warned not ventilating properly and was over heating. Mr Alex arrived promptly, he was friendly and very professional. After opening my dryer it was severely clogged the situation could've been catastrophic the heating element was completely covered. Mr Alex Excellence in Service assured me my dryer is now safe. Please have your dryer professionally cleaned/service a simple cleaning kit is not enough.

We had a very challenging repair with our Thermidor oven. Branum was the technician who worked on it. This was probably as challenging as it possibly could have been. He would not give up until it was completely up-and-working. Which included multiple service calls. Branum was very professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. We give him a 6 star rating on Google's 5 star review process. If we have anymore problems with our appliances, we won't hesitate to call Mr. Appliance. And, we sure hope they send Branum.
