Building a pool isn’t a decision to be taken lightly; nor is it a project to commit to with the wrong expectations. It took my next-door neighbor a solid year and half to build his pool, and that was with three different pool builders. When it was all done his pool was beautiful, but his experience was horrible. Considering his experience and expense I went into my pool project with very low expectations. I interviewed 5 different pool companies and ended up with Classic Custom Pools. I was thoroughly impressed with Richard’s knowledge and competency. Working with Cynthia and Mimi on a regular basis was a bonus as well. Their proposal and on-boarding process was very fluid and easy to move through. Cynthia is incredibly talented and designed my pool to fit perfectly within our backyard. Mimi is the consummate communicator and between her and Cynthia I couldn’t have asked for a better team. It took a little more than 3 months from the time the excavator arrived to complete the project. All milestones were perfectly communicated, and any pricing and invoicing was very transparent and accurate. There were absolutely no surprises. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. They have exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone considering building a pool.

As one hopes, pool looks and functions beautifully! Software that illustrates the end product is best-in-class. Relationships with suppliers & contractors was extremely impressive as the progress was never delayed due to any kind of supply line challenges or labor issues. True results will come after a year or so and how they back their product, but I do not expect any challenges. Previous customers I spoke to before starting were pleased as well. Already recommended to a couple of friends...and plan to continue to do so.
