TRL Construction and Design-Kitchen Remodeling

I used TRL for my kitchen and bathroom renovation, along with a few other improvements. It couldn’t have been a better experience for me. Not only were they very attentive and reliable, they also provided options and advice based on my style to help me make decisions. Nave was always checking to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the work and results. And I definitely am! I would highly recommend TRL and am already using them again for my next project.

We had a wonderful experience working with TRL Construction. From day one, Nave and Omer were so helpful. They were quick to respond, communicated clearly, and gave honest expectations and guidance. Omer worked directly with our insurance company to ensure we were receiving adequate payment for our claim, which was a huge stress reliever. Nave has a great eye for detail and managed to find flooring that was an almost exact match of that in our living room. He was able to spot any overlooked details and communicated quickly to his team what needed to be better or refined. They touched base with us regularly to ensure we were happy with the progress. We were very happy with TRL who built a full kitchen basement as part of an in-laws suite for our parents (before and after pictures attached from different angles). Firstly I met with several different contractors, and chose TRL based on their responsiveness, history of similar work, a direct referral from someone we knew, their reviews, and after checking their references . TRL was patient with us through the design phase and the project as this was our first big home project and working with a contractor, and they always fixed any issues (most of which were minor, and some which we ourselves caused - ex. initial flooring decision) throughout the project. Nave and David were great to work with. David was our project manager, was excellent in communicating with us and guiding us through the process, and handling the day-to-day. We would definitely recommend TRL based on our experience, and are planning to use them again for other projects.
